FAQ

We start at £350/month and we don’t insist on long contract terms that tie you in.

We like to be transparent about your costs, and they depend on three things; no. of users, the complexity of your IT, and the IT abilities of your employees, simple right! It can be difficult to gauge the exact costs initially so for SMEs, we offer a basic business plan through to premium services. Contact us today for a quote!

We provide Business IT support to all areas across the East Midlands, including Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Birmingham, Loughborough, Sheffield, Nottinghamshire, and many more.

An IT-managed service provider or MSP is a company that manages all your IT, as an internal IT department would. MSPs take care of day-to-day running and troubleshooting, upgrading/refreshing solutions, purchasing, and investigating the latest solutions that may benefit your business.

  • Check the power cable is properly seated and turned on at the socket.
  • Try a different power source.
  • Check your monitor connection, the computer may be on, but the monitor isn’t.

First, try restarting your computer and then opening Outlook again. If this does not work you can also try running an online repair of office to try to fix any issues. Click the windows icon (in the bottom left), select the settings cog, select apps, and then click Outlook to run an online repair.

Always check the sender's address matches their name. If Joe Bloggs sends you an email, but his email address is xyz123@notme.com then it’s probably not Joe! Another sign is if the domain name is misspelled for example Microsoft being shown as Micdocoft. If the email asks for any financial details or changes, always confirm it is genuine with a phone call to a known number.

  • Check you are connected to the internet. VPN uses the internet to connect, so if Google/YouTube doesn’t work then your VPN won’t work. (Check Wi-Fi is connected)
  • Update your VPN app. Your IT support can help with this 😊
  • Reinstall your VPN app. Your IT can help with that too 😊
  • Restart the VPN app, or better yet your entire computer just to be sure.
