The Altaro 365 VM backup system is comparable to a Datto backup solution, but a fraction of the bloated Datto costs! We host the backup system in-house in the Liberate IT data center, meaning we can even bring your backup server to your site, to get an office up and running without the need for a VPN.
This reflects our practical approach to IT support; we tested all the available solutions and found Altaro to be the best by far.
Unlike Datto which requires a small backup server onsite, Altaro installs on the physical server onsite, fully encrypting the backups at rest and in transit (onsite and offsite). If you want more backup history, we can add additional storage disks at a one-off cost, saving thousands compared to cloud solutions which require you to subscribe to more storage.
